CRM Dashboard

Your dashboard will present you with an overview of your current projects. The dashboard is customized for each user, based on the projects they are assigned to, their user roles and the sections enabled.

The Dashboard provides information on the following sections:

  • Finances

  • Tasks

  • Notifications

  • Invoices

  • Tickets

  • Recent Activity

  • Timer Usage

The stats at the top of the dashboard of cached, meaning they update every couple of hours. This is because they rely on resource intensive database queries which can slow your site down if they are run all the time. Caching them allows you to store the results and grab them quickly.

The top navigation bar allows you to view any notifications, timers or messages you get. Clicking on one of the icons will produce a new window that contains any relevant information. These can be accessed anywhere on the site, making it easy to access your most important information.
